We can take over your existing business affairs and arrange transfer of your paperwork from your current accountant.

You might be looking for a fresh-start in which case we can help set up a new business from scratch. Company formations can be completed the same day if necessary. Usually we'll have new businesses fully up and running inside ten days.

Here’s how it works:

1. Let us know what you need

Call for a chat about your situation and future plans – usually around 15 to 30 minutes. We'll let you have an objective opinion, tell you whether we can help, and point you in the right direction if not. We'll answer all the general accounting questions you may have. We’ll send you a summary of the discussion, advice and quote of our fees where appropriate.

2. We'll do the paperwork

Once we receive your go ahead, we'll email our "Customer Details" form. We’ll already have filled in most of it from our conversations, so it should take no more than 15-20 minutes. We’ll also ask for scanned copies of your I.D. to comply with money laundering rules.

With your "Customer Details" and ID complete, we'll prepare the documents, legal forms and government papers required. We’ll send them by either email or post for you to check and sign, along with an engagement letter detailing the services you've asked for, explains our fees and general terms.

Reading through the paperwork will usually take around half an hour. Once you’ve signed in the right places and sent them back we'll do all the submitting and any chasing.

3. Start supporting you

We’ll arrange to come and meet with you in person or talk regularly over the phone and web; we'll run through your tax planning & personal income requirements, along with the practical accounting housekeeping stuff like record-keeping, expenses, etc. We won't turn you into accountants but we'll ensure you understand all the basic principals.
